Yes, our minimum hire period is 1 month.

Rental is on a monthly basis. The first month's rent is taken on 'move in' day, then monthly on the same date thereafter.

  •  What notice do I need to give to cancel my rental?
No notice period is required because you pay for the month in advance. You are paid up until 6pm one month from your last payment date.  We do ask for 3 days notice before your payment date to ensure there is time to stop the next payment being taken.

Our self storage site is unattended as it is a self service site, however if you need any assistance please call our telephone number. We all work on the farm and live nearby, so someone is normally close at hand.

We will also be there to welcome you and show you around on 'move in' day.
